PromptyUp provides a library of structured AI prompt templates for use with third-party AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and others. We offer free and paid subscription plans with varying levels of access.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

The free plan provides access to a limited subset of prompt templates at no cost.

Paid Plans

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All plans include a 14-day free trial
  • You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PromptyUp to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Generate harmful, illegal, or malicious content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute, resell, or sublicense our prompt templates without permission
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our prompt library systematically
  • Circumvent access controls or attempt to access restricted content
  • Use the service to compete with PromptyUp

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All prompt templates, content, designs, and materials on PromptyUp are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our prompt templates for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our templates.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our prompts. You grant us a limited license to display content you save or share within the platform.

7. Third-Party AI Tools

PromptyUp provides prompt templates for use with third-party AI tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the outputs of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI tool. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

We do not guarantee that AI outputs generated using our prompts will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTYUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
